Modern buildings which thanks to wide use of glass elements and designs have got ease, unique design, comfort. However beautiful and fragile glass continues to remain the most unreliable element of designs.
A group of the companies “LVI” offers a big spectrum of high-quality construction architectural films of professional class. This series of films is intended for use in a glass cover both again under construction, and already maintained buildings. The films make it possible to transform an ordinary building glass into construction that combines such elements as efficiency, safety and comfort. The unique properties of the initial material make it possible to get a product that meet the most hard demands and this fact makes it possible to employ the films in all climatic zones of the World. These films can work in a range of temperatures: from -60˚C to +80˚C keeping guaranteed properties. They stand up to multiple freezing and defrosting, work perfectly at a relative humidity 100%. The mechanical and optical properties of the films practically do not change to the end of the warranty period even in the extreme conditions of the service and their actual lifetime service is 15-20 years at the average.
Qualitative characteristics:
All films offered by our company, are made from materials of the highest quality with use of the high technologies that provides optimum qualitative characteristics and operational properties.
The spectrum of films is rather various. At manufacturing film layers of a various thickness and structure are used for different degrees of hardening and protection. Design basis — absolutely transparent, optically faultless, biaxial focused, with the insured quality polyethylene-tereftalatnye films that are made by corporation Du Pont according to strict technical specifications and quality standards. Specially selected dyes are placed into evenly on the whole thickness of the first film layer in the patented technological process of diffusive saturation. Then the film is sated with steady ultra-violet absorbers which stabilize color of a film and protect passengers and a car interior, detaining 99 % of harmful ultra-violet rays.
The following film layer is covered with metal of high heat-reflecting properties in the course of thermal vacuum evaporation, and in case of the top line —by the technology of direct magnetron evaporation-spattering, which allows increasing the resistance of a heat transfer of a glazing. The separate, prepared layers get connected with the use of specially developed glue for lamination of films. The external surface of the received construction is covered by patented especially strong antiabrasive layer that prolongs life of films, protecting them from scratches because of careless service and clearing of the glass in the course of its operation.
The special adhesive structures specially developed for use in a building glazing are used for connection of building films with glass. For the period of the further processing and transportation a high-quality protective silicone covering is put on an adhesive layer.

- Deeply and evenly painted metallized, proof to mechanical influences, films various sated colors and various degrees of light transmission. Provide magnificent reflection of solar heat, detain to 99 % of ultra-violet rays.
- Films with additional deeply painted layer for an exception of any internal reflections.
